SHIPPING & DELIVERIES

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICY 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. 


1. Please email sales@hesales.co.uk to request a refund.


2. Ship your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. 

4. Claims
All goods must be examined upon receipt and any damage or discrepancy recorded with the carrier. The company must be notified in writing of any damage or incomplete delivery within 3 days of delivery. No claims for shortage or damage will be entertained after a clear receipt has been given to the carriers. The company will not be liable if this procedure is not followed. Total non delivery due to loss in transit must be notified within 7 days of invoice. Goods are not sold for any particular purpose, the end user should be responsible for the suitability of the product for use. The company shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with the sale of goods. Any claim is limited to the value of the goods purchased. 

5. Return of goods
Standard goods will only be accepted for return after prior agreement with us and within 14 days of receipt. A handling charge may be imposed which will vary dependent on the condition of the goods when returned. Carriage charges for the outward journey plus the return of standard goods are payable by the purchaser. Bespoke goods manufactured specially for a customer will not be eligible for return. 

6. Reservation of title
Goods supplied will remain the property of 'the company' until full payment is received. In the event of sale of these goods to a third party 'the company' reserves title to the proceeds of sale. Responsibility for maintenance and insurance passes to the purchaser on delivery.

RETURN EXCEPTIONS

 

Some items cannot be returned if they have been opened. Please email us to check before returning.

Products that have been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Special order items that have been ordered specifically for you are non-returnable, as they are not part of our regular stock and cannot be resold as standard stock items.

Custom-made or bespoke items cannot be returned, as they are tailored to your specific requirements.

RETURN OF BESPOKE PRODUCTS

Products that have been custom-made or modified to meet a customer's specific requirements are non-returnable. As these bespoke items are tailored to individual needs, they cannot be resold or repurposed. We encourage customers to review all specifications carefully before placing an order to ensure the product meets their exact requirements. If you have any questions or need assistance, our team is happy to help before finalizing your purchase.

EXCHANGES 


If your item is in new condition, you may exchange your item for a different size/product. You still will have to pay return shipping.
