STACKERS
There are three main types of RECORD Pallet Stackers: manual stacker, semi-powered stacker and fully electric stacker. When choosing the right stacker for your company, it’s important to consider which types of pallets you will be moving. A pallet stacker with straddle legs, known as a Straddle Stacker can operate both closed pallets [GKN/CHEP] and open pallets [EURO]. But a Wrapover Stacker can only move open boarded pallets [EURO], commonly used in Europe. Lastly to consider is the Counterbalance Stacker. Capable of handling both open and closed pallets, the Counterbalance Stacker is known for its versatility; the forks can be adjusted and tilted to any position to handle different sized loads and keep the load safe from falling.

A Pallet Stacker is incredibly useful in warehouse environments as it allows you to stack pallets and store goods in high-level areas, quick and efficient. Where a forklift truck would be too big, a Pallet Stacker is compact and takes up considerably less space and yet, it can perform many of the same tasks at a much lower cost. A pallet stacker has a smaller turning radius and can operate in between racking aisles. Stackers are designed for indoor use within an industrial setting and are simple and easy to use. Depending on the type, a Pallet Stacker can lift between 1 to 5 meter height with capacity ranging from 500kg to 2000kg.
